Confirm the parking bay (non-negotiable)
- Get the exact bay number.
- Confirm covered vs uncovered, and whether it’s tight (pillar / corner).
- Take a photo of the bay during viewing.
Confirm access method
- Is access via card/tag/plate recognition?
- Any setup fee or replacement fee?
- Do you need management registration to activate access?
Agree on terms (write it down)
- Monthly price + due date
- Deposit amount (if any) + when it is returned
- Notice period (example: 30 days)
- What happens if access fails (who to contact)
