- Guests: allowed or not, and quiet hours.
- Cooking: allowed or not, and cleanup expectations.
- Shared items: who buys (toilet paper, detergent) and how you split.
- Bills: who pays, when, and how you show proof.
- Noise: quiet hours and “work from home” boundaries.

- Pets (yes/no)
