Viewing Checklist: What To Check In 15 Minutes
This is the fastest way to avoid regret later.

1) Unit condition (7 minutes)
- Water pressure + hot water (all bathrooms).
- Aircon: turns on, cools, no strong smell, no leak marks.
- Windows/doors lock properly.
- Look for water stains, mold, pests.
- Take photos/video (wide + close-ups).
2) Access + safety (4 minutes)
- How many access cards are included? Replacement fee?
- Any visitor registration method (QR/app/guard)?
- Ask where notices are posted (board/app/group).
3) Parking (2 minutes)
- Confirm bay number + covered vs uncovered (take a photo).
- Confirm access method (tag/card/plate) and setup/replacement fees.
- Ask visitor parking rules and typical availability.
4) Money + paperwork (2 minutes)
- Confirm total upfront costs (deposit + first month + any booking/admin fee).
- Confirm what’s included (WiFi, utilities, parking).
- Never pay deposit before viewing.
