Best Condos Near Sri Rampai LRT: What Six Profiles Prove

Sri Rampai LRT sits between the Setapak and Wangsa Maju sides of the Kelana Jaya Line corridor. That makes it tempting to group every nearby condo into one station ranking. The current evidence does not support that.

Three JiranLink profiles retain a Sri Rampai access estimate. Three other nearby buildings have useful structural records but no verified station route. I have kept those groups separate below.

The station-access shortlist

Building Access recorded in profile Price record Source caveat
Seri Riana Residence 8-min estimate via Wangsa Walk Mall RM 1,000,000 median; RM 654 psf No transaction count or period; source array is secondary only
KL Traders Square 10-min estimate RM 500,000 median; RM 519 psf 23 transactions in Apr 2026; official page confirms freehold and five-block mixed development, not the walk time
Irama Wangsa 18-min uphill estimate; residents’ shuttle noted RM 870,000 median; RM 597 psf 13 transactions with no period; source array is secondary only

Seri Riana has the shortest recorded estimate, but its source trail is not strong enough to turn eight minutes into a promise. KL Traders Square has the best-dated price evidence of the three. Irama Wangsa is the more sensible shuttle candidate, especially for the uphill return, provided management confirms the current schedule.

If rail access decides the purchase, walk the route from the actual guardhouse. A station pin and a residential entrance are not the same starting point.

Nearby, but not ranked for station access

Platinum Lake PV10, Platinum Lake PV12, and Henna Residence no longer carry Sri Rampai transit claims in their reviewed profiles. Their previous walk times, fees, flood tiers, and price comparisons have been removed rather than repeated without adequate support.

What remains is still useful:

  • Platinum Victory’s company history places both Platinum Lake towers in Platinum Lake City, with PV10 completed in 2008 and PV12 in 2010.
  • Henna’s official 2019 brochure supports freehold tenure, 653 units, residential levels 3-39, and layouts from 657 to 1,304 sq ft.
  • None of those retained primary sources establishes a current Sri Rampai walk time, maintenance rate, or resale price.

Henna may still suit a buyer who wants a freehold serviced apartment in Wangsa Maju. PV10 and PV12 may still suit a Danau Kota search. They simply cannot win a station-access comparison on the present evidence.

What the data can answer

For the shortest recorded route, Seri Riana leads provisionally. For the strongest dated price sample, KL Traders Square leads. For a shuttle-based commute, Irama Wangsa is the only profile here that records that service, though its schedule needs checking.

The data cannot support a six-way comparison of tenure, maintenance, flood exposure, or current market value. That is not a minor footnote. Those fields were the basis of the old ranking, and several did not survive source review.

Before arranging a second viewing

  1. Walk the route in both directions at commute time.
  2. Ask management whether any shuttle is operating, who may use it, and how often it runs.
  3. Request a dated transaction extract rather than relying on an undated median.
  4. Verify tenure from the title or APDL and fees from the latest management statement.

My practical starting pair would be Seri Riana for the shortest recorded route and KL Traders Square for the clearer price sample. Irama belongs on the list if a reliable shuttle matters more than a comfortable walk. The remaining three need fresh station evidence before joining that comparison.
