Nearest Transit
Kuchai MRT Station — 8 min walk
Putrajaya Line (MRT), with a future Circle Line/MRT3 interchange
The Edge Malaysia's 2018 launch coverage described this as a '5 to 10-minute walk from the upcoming Kuchai Lama MRT Station.' That station — now named Kuchai MRT station, code PY27 — opened on the Putrajaya Line on 16 March 2023 and has been fully operational since, so it is no longer accurate to call it 'upcoming.' A second, separate future interchange with the Circle Line (MRT3, provisional code CC28) is still in the planning/land-acquisition stage as of 2026, targeting completion around 2032 — that part genuinely is still upcoming. The exact walking distance from Kuchai Sentral specifically (as opposed to the general Kuchai Lama area) was not independently timed for this profile; treat the 5–10 minute figure as the developer-era estimate.

Building guide overview
Kuchai Sentral is a mixed-use residential development by Menta Group (Menta Construction Sdn Bhd) on a 6.91-acre site in Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur, with a stated GDV of RM1.4 billion. Phase 1 — completed in 2023 — comprises 941 serviced apartments and 40 duplex units across four blocks (Blocks A–D, ranging from 5 to 44 storeys), 981 units in total, with built-up sizes from 656 to 1,232 sq ft. Launch pricing in 2018 averaged roughly RM608–719 psf, with secondary/resale listings since ranging RM391–793 psf. It sits close to Kuchai MRT station on the Putrajaya Line, which opened in March 2023 — a genuine, already-operational transit link, contrary to the 'upcoming station' framing still repeated in some listings that carry over language from the original 2018 launch marketing. A separate future Circle Line (MRT3) interchange at the same station is still in planning and not expected until around 2032. Menta Group has since launched a Phase 2 (Kuchai Sentral 2 / Kuchai Uptown) on the same site. Tenure is leasehold — see editorial note for how this profile resolved an earlier reported freehold/leasehold conflict.
