Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers about how JiranLink research works, how we verify building data, and how readers can contribute corrections.
The Research
What is JiranLink?
JiranLink is an independent editorial project that documents residential buildings in Malaysia. We provide a single, verified reference point for condominium data, floor plans, and practical resident insights.
Is this a property listing site?
No. Unlike PropertyGuru or iProperty, we do not host individual rental or sale listings. We focus on the building itself as a permanent entity, providing the context that transactional sites often miss.
Do I need to log in?
No. JiranLink building research is open and free to the public. We believe property research should be accessible without barriers.
Data & Verification
Where does the data come from?
Our data is compiled from a mix of official developer brochures, public records, and verified community contributions. We cross-reference multiple sources before marking a building guide as "Verified."
How accurate are the "Neighbor Insights"?
These are curated local notes from residents, frequent visitors, or public community sources. We review every note before publishing and avoid marking a contribution as verified unless its context can be defended.
Contributing
How can I help?
If you have information about a building—such as a high-quality floor plan, a tip about local parking, or a correction to our data—please use the Community Hub to submit your tip.
Can I suggest a new building?
Yes! We are currently expanding our coverage in Kuala Lumpur. If your condo isn't listed yet, let us know via email or the submission form.
