Nearest Transit
KTM Jalan Templer — 6 min walk
KTM Komuter (Port Klang Line)
Two KTM Komuter stations are genuinely walkable: Jalan Templer (~500m, ~6 min) and Petaling (~600m, ~8 min) — both confirmed on Mah Sing's own project site. There is no MRT station near M Aurora today. The 'MRT3' station cited in some marketing (Jalan Klang Lama, ~2.5km away, part of the future Circle Line) has not been built and is only projected for around 2032 — treat it as a future possibility, not current access. Note also that KTM Pantai Dalam, sometimes assumed to be the nearby station, is actually roughly 2.4km from this stretch of Old Klang Road and not the walkable option.

Building guide overview
M Aurora is an under-construction freehold serviced residence by Mah Sing Group on a 5.24-acre site along Jalan Klang Lama (Old Klang Road), Kuala Lumpur, with a provisional GreenRE Silver certification. It comprises 1,544 units across two 46-storey towers, built-up from 556 to 1,019 sq ft across five layouts (Type A to E, 1 to 4 bedrooms), priced from RM339,000. Vacant possession is targeted for September 2030; as of the 2026 launch phase the site is at early construction / sales-gallery stage rather than physically topped out. Rail access today is genuinely limited to two KTM Komuter stations on the Port Klang Line — Jalan Templer (~500m) and Petaling (~600m) — both a short, walkable distance. There is no MRT anywhere near the site yet: the marketed 'MRT3' Jalan Klang Lama station on the future Circle Line, cited at roughly 2.5km away, is not operational and is only expected around 2032, so it should not be read as current transit access. As an unfinished project, maintenance fee, flood history and an upper price bound are not yet established and are intentionally left out rather than estimated.
