Maintenance fees are the silent second mortgage. This league table ranks every verified fee in our archive - 52 buildings carry published psf rates - from cheapest to priciest, so you can see where each shortlisted tower actually sits.
The method
Fees come from each building’s own record, quoted per square foot per month on a standard unit. Where sources gave ranges, we use the lower bound for ranking and disclose both on the building page. One glaring outlier is excluded from the table and explained at the bottom - hiding it would be worse than listing it.

The RM 60 outlier we will not hide
One record lists a rate that parses as RM 60 psf - obviously a source-data error (likely RM 0.60). It is flagged in that building’s page rather than silently ranked, because pretending bad data away is how directories rot.
Read before choosing on price alone
A low fee can mean deferred maintenance; a high fee can fund genuine lifestyle facilities you will use. What matters is whether the number matches the actual bill your parcel receives - request it before offering.
