Area guide
Wangsa Maju
Wangsa Maju is a mid-range residential corridor in northeast KL served by two Kelana Jaya Line stations — Sri Rampai and Wangsa Maju LRT. All four buildings in our archive carry low flood risk and sit on elevated ground in Section 10. Freehold tenure is available here at RM 380K–1.01M — uncommon in inner KL at this price point. Most buildings are 18 minutes on foot from the station, though developer shuttle services bridge the gap. Wangsa Walk Mall provides covered access to Sri Rampai for daily errands.
