It comprises 408 residential units in two 23-storey blocks, with standard layouts from 901 to 1,253 sq ft and larger penthouse formats. Serini Melawati
Serini Melawati is a completed freehold serviced residence by Sime Darby Property in Taman Melawati. The development has 528 units in twin towers, with layouts from 633 to 1,494 sq ft. Sime Darby Property places it about 300 metres from Melawati Mall and lists road access via MRR2, DUKE and AKLEH. Upperville
Upperville is a completed leasehold condominium by Mitraland on Jalan Melawati 7B, next to the award-winning 16 Quartz development on Melawati Hill. It holds 176 units in a single block, with layouts starting from about 1,050 sq ft. Mitraland reports the project was handed over roughly a year ahead of schedule in December 2022.
